By accessing and using Swapply ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Swapply is a profile-based marketplace platform that allows users to create personal profiles and list items for sale. Users can share their profile links to connect with potential buyers and manage their own marketplace presence.

3. User Accounts

To use Swapply, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you post, including item listings, profile information, and images. By posting content, you grant Swapply a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• List illegal, stolen, or prohibited items
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service

6. Transactions and Payments

Swapply facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not process payments or handle transactions directly. All transactions are conducted between users, and Swapply is not responsible for any disputes, refunds, or issues arising from transactions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swapply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
