This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through Swapply (“the Service”). By subscribing to Swapply Pro or making any payment, you agree to this policy.
Swapply offers both a free plan and paid Pro accounts with enhanced features. Because Swapply Pro is a digital service that provides immediate access to premium functionality, certain refund limitations apply as described below.
All users may use Swapply’s free tier without charge. Upgrading to a paid plan is optional.
Swapply Pro subscriptions are billed in advance through PayFast, our third-party payment processor. You will be charged according to the plan and billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.
Swapply does not store any payment details — all payments are securely handled by PayFast in accordance with their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Because Swapply Pro provides instant access to premium features, payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
However, a refund may be granted in the following limited circumstances:
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Swapply’s sole discretion.
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@swapply.co.za within 7 days of the charge.
Include the following in your email:
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through PayFast, and processing times may vary depending on PayFast’s policies and your financial institution.
You may cancel your Swapply Pro subscription at any time from your account settings.
If a recurring payment fails, Swapply may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts due.
All payments and refunds are processed via PayFast (www.payfast.co.za).
